Refund and Returns Policy

At FSH Vitality, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged)

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Replacement

  • In case of damaged or defective items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to availability.

  • Product images
  • Reason for return
